Bison Hall Information
Rentals: $400.00
-Accomodates up to 100 People
-6 hour party time (does not include set-up or clean-up), between the hours of 10am-10pm
-Located directly next door to Bison Beer
-Includes used of limited kitchen(including kegerator, microwave,griddle, fryer, toaster oven, pizza warmer, sink, multiple refrigerators, freezer).
-Unlimited ice for $25.00. Two ice machines inside hall.
-Includes use of sand volley ball court, playground, corn hole board, giant ping pong, and outside restrooms.
-Outdoor fire pit is available for use. Wood is available for purchase for $10/bundle at Bison Beer.
-Guests will be asked to park in designated areas according to times of party. For parties ending after 7pm, we ask you and your guests park in the rear of the building.
-Guest's renting the hall will be responsible for any damages to the facility during use, beyond normal wear and tear. Any cleaning needed beyond normal wipe down or damages incurred during use are subject to additional fees if necessary.
-All areas and items used are expected to be returned in the same condition as they were prior to guest use. Please be respectful!
-$50 deposit for trailers or pavilions and a $100 deposit for the Hall is requiired at the time of booking to secure the rental.
-$400.00 to be paid in full within 20 days prior to party. Parties canceled in less than 20 days prior to party will forfeit security deposit.
-No Smoking is allowed inside facilities.
-Packages available for additional space and beer trailers.
-NO DRINKING PERMITTED UNDER THE AGE OF 21!
-Innapropriate behavior in will not be tolerated and management has reserved the right to immediately remove guests without refund or re-entry.
